Environmental matters in the courts of Australia and new Zealand
Abstract
The development of the proposed theme aims to provide an understanding of the emergence of Common Law in English-speaking countries, which in turn, is essentially based on court decisions that have established precedent in previous system, first, in seeking each case, the more reasonable solution. Specifically, the second time, exposes itself to the organization and functioning of the legal system of Australia and New Zealand, respectively, as well as demonstrating some recent decisions of their courts in environmental law. The search work to demonstrate with this analysis overview, the concern of the countries alluded to the environmental issues and the sustainable development in their territories.
